Maybe you finally made the big leap and bought a Mac, or maybe you decided you want everyone you email to see your fancy new logo. But, how do you add your logo to your Mac Mail Signature. The following is a short tutorial I wrote for a client to keep on hand as a little cheat sheet when he needed it.

Add an image link to Mac Mail.

The Integration tab helps you enable the integration with iTunes Podcasts and Safari Feeds in addition to setting the refresh rate. Rss reader for mac os x.

  1. Open Mac Mail
  2. Open Preferences
  3. Click on signatures and click the plus sign to create a new signature
  4. Type in the text you would like to be a part of your signature
  5. Open a new finder window and locate the image you would like to use
  6. Drag the image from the finder window into the signature panel where you would like the image to appear
  7. To create a hyperlink from the image, select the image and with the image selected, go to edit, add link, and enter the link url into the box. You can also use the shortcut command K.
  8. Click ok, close the preferences panel and you're finished.
